Harvey and LexisNexis connect legal research with pleading drafts

Harvey announced a LexisNexis co-developed workflow on 7 October. It analyses a complaint, proposes arguments, researches the approved strategy and produces a draft, using US legal materials and Shepard’s citation checks. For Serbian lawyers, the relevant idea is connecting facts, sources and drafting. A US motion to dismiss should not be equated with Serbian procedural mechanisms.
